MAY 1, 2021 – In light of rising COVID-19 cases across Malaysia, FaithLine has decided to suspend on-site Church meetings until further notice. From May 2, 2021 onwards, all worship services will be conducted online via Zoom and Facebook.

On April, 30, 2021, the Health Ministry reported that there were 3,788 new Covid-19 infections for the past 24-hour mark. About one-third of these new cases were from Selangor (1,265).

The Health DG Dr Noor Hisham also reported 17 more Covid-19 clusters including four from education centres, five within the general community, five from workplaces, and one each in a detention centre and a religious centre.

As of April 30, 2021, there were 390 active Covid-19 clusters across Malaysia.

In light of rising COVID-19 cases in Malaysia, FaithLine has decided to abort on-site meeting until further notice. All worship services will be conducted online with effect from 2 May 2021.

We urge all church members to be vigilant and minimise social gatherings.
