Delta Cells

Delta Cells

Delta cells are instrumental at FaithLine. They exist to create lasting genuine relationships, build up spiritual lives, encourage one another and reach out to loved ones who have yet to know Jesus Christ and the abundant life that’s made possible to everyone. A Delta Cell Group consists of 3 to 13 people who meet regularly at a set time schedule with the common purpose of discovering and growing in Christ.

Join a Delta Cell at FaithLine today! Visit our Welcome desk or send an email to carlson.gan@faithline.org if you would like to do life and journey with caring and loving people!

What Do Delta Cell Groups Do?

  1. Provide an opportunity for personal exploration with others of the content, meaning and application of the Christian faith. It is a laboratory to learn how to love the Christ-like way
  2. A place to know and be known in a supportive environment. A supportive environment for struggle, change and decision
  3. A place that gives permission to be “spiritual”. An environment for developing lay-leadership, discovering and deploying spiritual gifts. A center for Christian ministry

Five Delta Principles

  1. Every person is a potential leader
  2. Multiplication of Delta Cell Groups is the goal of Delta Cell Ministry
  3. Leadership development (discipleship) must be given top priority
  4. Every leader should aspire to become a supervisor (discipler) and meet with the new leaders (disciples) that have started new groups on a regular basis
  5. Leadership training should be streamlined and accelerated
